Shipping and Refunds

Refund Policy
As Simpsonated offers digital products, we cannot provide refunds for change of mind once an illustration has begun. However, we do offer revisions to ensure customers are satisfied with their final product.

Shipping and Delivery
As we hand draw all of our characters, it takes on average 2-3 days for the digital drawing and 1 day with express delivery (provided as an add on in your cart page).

For physical products, once you are happy with your digital product, the printed item(s) shall be delivered to you within 3-7 days. For express shipping, the expected turnaround is 2-3 business days delivery from when you have confirmed that you are happy to move on to the next stage with the digital product.
