How long does it take?
As we hand draw all of our characters, it takes on average 2-3 days for the digital drawing and 1 day with express delivery.

How will I receive my product?
We will email you your digital drawing upon completion and we ensure 100% satisfaction meaning you can ask for changes until you are fully satisfied.

Does the price include my framed poster?
The price of the Simpsonate Me product is for the digital drawing only. You need to add a printed product from our options to your cart to have it printed.

How do I get this printed?
You can choose one of our print types from the products tab and add it to your cart. Once you confirm you are happy with the digital drawing we will process your printed product.

What currency are your prices in?
We are proudly Australian owned and all our prices are shown in AUD.

What can I choose as my background?
You can pick any background you like! Share your idea with us, and we’ll bring it to life.

Can you work from multiple photos?
Yes, we can! In fact, providing more photos helps us create a more detailed and accurate illustration. Just make sure to clearly describe how you’d like the final portrait to look in the order notes, and leave the rest to us.

Can I send separate photos for each character?
Absolutely! You can upload individual or group photos. As long as each image shows the person’s face and body features clearly, our artists will have everything they need to create your portrait.

What quality should my photo be?
The higher the quality of the photo, the better. This helps our artists achieve a more precise illustration. Don’t worry—if we need a better photo, we’ll reach out to you for a replacement.

Do pets count as a person?
Yes, they do! Each pet is counted as one person, so make sure you include them in the total count to avoid extra charges.

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?
Yes, your portrait is yours to use as you wish!

What are the dimensions of the final illustration?
Our standard digital resolution is 3600 x 4800 pixels (portrait) or 4800 x 3600 pixels (landscape), resulting in a printed size of 12" x 16" (portrait) or 16" x 12" (landscape) at 300 DPI. If you need a different size, just let us know in the order notes.

Will I be charged for changes after my order is placed?
It’s important to specify all details in your order notes. Any omitted details assumed by our artists that require post-completion changes will incur additional charges.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we ship to any country! Whilst we are Australian based, we can definitely ship overseas at a cost that will be displayed to you when you check out based on your address. Expect the delivery to of the physical product to be within 2 weeks. For digital products, the turnaround is the same 2-3 days no matter where you are :)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and payments via Paypal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

I have a large group to illustrate. Can you handle it?
Yes! For illustrations involving 8 or more people/pets or multiple caricatures (e.g., transforming a company’s team photos), please email us for assistance.

Can I see a preview before placing an order?
Due to the custom, hand-drawn nature of our product, we cannot provide previews before your order. However, you can request changes to your completed drawing until you are fully satisfied.

What file format will my illustration come in?
Your illustration will be delivered in JPG or PNG format. If you need the original layered file, let us know, and we’ll email it to you.
