How long does it take?

As we hand draw all of our characters, it takes on average 2-3 days for the digital drawing and 1 day with express delivery. For physical products, once you are happy with your digital product, the printed item(s) shall be delivered to you within 3-7 days. For express shipping, the expected turnaround is 2-3 business days.

How will I receive my product?

We will email you your digital drawing upon completion and we ensure 100% satisfaction meaning you can ask for changes until you are fully satisfied. Once you approve the drawing, your prints will be sent out to you.

What photos do I upload?

You can upload individual or group photos. As long as each image shows the person’s face (and preferrably at least half their body) clearly, our artists will have everything they need to create your portrait.

How personalised can you make it?

As personalised as your imagination can get you! Our artists are very talented, so don't hesitate to mention the smallest of details. From shoes and cars to props and clothing, our artists will do it all :)

Do pets and vehicles count as characters?

Yes, they do! Each pet/vehicle is counted as one person, so make sure you include them in the total count to avoid extra charges.
